Announcing our next book club: The non-fiction edition
Six weeks to an Open Heart: A practical guide to a calmer mind
September always feels like a second new year and a natural chance to reset. But it’s also when everything speeds up again after the summer pause. The inbox fills up, and your to-do list grows faster than you can open your laptop.
That’s why it’s the perfect time to introduce something for those craving calm, clarity and connection.
Our next book club is a little different. It’s part reading experience, part reset.
Six weeks. One chapter a week. Guided meditations. Reflection prompts. Two in-person sessions. And a focus on four powerful tools: kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity.
We’re thrilled to be hosting this with Natalia Bojanic - a qualified meditation teacher and co-founder of Form Nutrition. Natalia teaches meditation and mindful leadership in the corporate world and brings a rare blend of practicality and presence in her work. She’s a brilliant teacher and guide for our chosen read (and one of her favourite books): Boundless Heart by Christina Feldman.
Six Weeks to an Open Heart
A 6-week meditation-based book club, focused on kindness, compassion, equanimity & joy
A book club on Boundless Heart by Christina Feldman, hosted with Natalia Bojanic | 3 September - 12 October 2025
Boundless Heart explores four qualities known as the Brahma Viharas (kindness, compassion, equanimity & joy), a framework from early Buddhist practices now increasingly studied in neuroscience and mental health.
Each quality is explored as a trainable capacity, that changes how we respond to stress, relate to others, and treat ourselves.
This isn’t just your normal bookclub, it’s a practice space. A chance to bring the insights of Boundless Heart off the page and into your life.
Together, we’ll read, reflect, and integrate these teachings into how we live.
Through shared conversation and meditation, we’ll deepen our understanding and explore practical ways to cultivate kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.

The weekly rhythm
Each week we’ll focus on one quality - starting with kindness, followed by compassion, joy, equanimity, and a final conclusion.
You’ll experience:
Reading a short chapter
Understanding via an email summary
Practising with a matching guided meditation
Applying through a practical prompt or action
Reflecting on what starts to shift
Why join us?
This is a bit different to your normal bookclub - it’s a chance to bring the insights from the page to your life, supported by a teacher.
You’ll leave with meaningful practices, deeper insight, and a more compassionate relationship to yourself and others.
What makes this unique:
A hybrid of reading and practice. Not just talking about the book, practising it
Guided by wisdom and experience. An experienced practitioner to support you
Slow and spacious. It’ll be about 30 pages of reading a week
Accessible. No prior meditation or reading background required
Read more about the cognitive benefits of book clubs in our article on inForm.
Who’s it for?
This is for you if:
You want a deeper reading experience
You’re interested in mindfulness, but want structure without overwhelm
You like the idea of accountability, without more digital noise
You’re curious about how to build more calm into your week
No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and see what happens.
This might not be the right fit if:
You’re looking for a quick fix or instant results
You prefer reading alone, without discussion, debate or discovery
30 pages a week feels too much - this probably isn’t the right time
You don’t enjoy mindful based practices
Want to join us?
The book club runs from 3rd September - 19th October.
You’ll receive your book at our kick off, read 1 chapter a week, reflect at your own pace and then gather for a mini-retreat at the end.
We’re keeping the group small so the experience feels focused, friendly, and easy to integrate.
→ Book your place now, limited spots available
